As a marketplace platform, Bfor.business facilitates transactions between buyers and vendors. The return and refund policies for any specific product are determined by the vendor from whom you make the purchase. We strongly encourage you to review the vendor's policies, if available on their profile page, or to contact them directly for clarification before placing an order.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible order, please navigate to your "My Orders" page in your dashboard and use the provided communication tools to contact the vendor directly.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a vendor has received and inspected the returned item(s) and approved the refund, the process will be initiated.

  • For online payments made via Razorpay or Cashfree, you can expect the refund to be credited to your original payment method within **7 to 10 business days**, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • For "Pay on Delivery" orders, the vendor will coordinate with you directly to process the refund via bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method. The timeline for this will be communicated by the vendor.
